As Planned Counseling and Consulting, LLC (APCC) became a reality after years of helping to rebuild teams that had struggled to overcome cultural and productivity challenges. APCC was founded on the belief that relationships are the most valuable part of any business, organization, group, or family. Strong relationships are created and nurtured through key fundamental stages and skills. APCC identifies individual strengths, influence, and leverage to maximize a personalized path to healthier and more effective processes with the goal of flourishing just as planned!
